| Functional description | Cluster 3 consisted of six miRNAs (miR-370, miR-210, miR-320a, miR-124, miR-107 and miR-486-5p) that were primarily present in patients, and were also measurable in the A375 melanoma cell line, but not present in the other four cell lines. KEGG pathway analysis showed that “melanoma”, together with “glioma”, “hedgehog signalling” and “prostate cancer” were the most significant pathways. |
